It's so easy to overlook the important facets in our fast paced lives.  I'll share the simple things that are the best for me, like sunsets, music & running.  Take time to look around. 

Spring Update:

Sorry it has taken me so long to update. I have been wrap up in sleeping, running and school. It's getting to be like OAC(grade 13) all over again, I just want to finish what needs to be done and get out. The only thing is I don't know what is next. Maybe hanging out up here being a running bum, travelling the world or getting a real job who knows. I don't have much new for the people back in Barrie mainly because I haven't been there a lot in the last year. I guess we will have to make up for it this summer since I have decided to work back in Barrie. I have added a lot of pictures from the cross season including nationals and all the things that follow. Spring break is rapidly approaching with plans of hitting up Lake Havasu with the guys which is one of the hot spots. For the people up in Ontario that's the famous lake you see in those "Girls Gone Wild" videos. For some reason I think more beers will be drank than miles ran. Oh well, your only a college senior once you have to live it up. In April my roommate Dr. Beckley and I are heading off to the desert again for the 2 day Coachella Festival to catch a action pack line-up. Including Bjork, Belle and Sebastian, Oasis, the Chemical Brothers, the Beta Band, the Charlatans, the Strokes and the Prodigy. Alumni Leahy the famous Irish men will be also joining us which is setting us up for a interesting weekend. Anyone is welcome to join us it was quiet an event last year.

Anyway it will properly be a while before I update again.
